The Band/Guard student fee covers transportation, two nights lodging, and five group meals for the WBA 1A/2A/3A Grand Championships in Fresno, CA from 11/21/25-11/23/25.
The cost here includes the service fee ($265 trip fee + $8 service fee) that PayPal charges us for using their payment platform. You do NOT need to add any additional amount to cover their fees when prompted by the platform.
Families with financial need may ask for a scholarship/waiver with this form.

Parent chaperones helping with supervising student wellness are asked to help cover their lodging (2 parents/room) with a $120 contribution.
